Overview
A genuine wilderness trek through the twin massifs of Kharkhiraa and Turgen, above the UNESCO-listed Uvs basin. Seven consecutive trekking days link the Yamaat Valley, the Erees Pass and its 108-lake panorama, the tri-coloured lakes of Rashaany Am, the Kharkhiraa Pass and the great river confluences — wildflower meadows, glacier views and snow leopard country all the way.
Day by day
Seven days on foot through the Kharkhiraa–Turgen massif: 108 lakes, twin 4,000-metre peaks, and valleys that see almost no boots.
